Terms & Conditions 123jav — A Complete Platform Guide for Malaysian Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 123jav ("Platform", "We" or "the Company"). This agreement governs your use of the website, services, applications, and all features provided by 123jav.

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled except through the Cash Out feature provided by 123jav.
• If a sports match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be voided unless the match resumes within 72 hours.
• In the event of a technical error or system disruption during a casino game, 123jav reserves the right to void any affected rounds and return the wagers to the players.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply. 123jav is not responsible for any odds changes after a bet has been confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and market. All limits are clearly displayed before you place a bet.
• Any bet proven to have been placed using insider information or match manipulation will be voided, and the player's account will be investigated.

Platform usage 123jav is intended for lawful entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account closure and legal proceedings:

• Creating multiple accounts or using false identities
• Use of bots, automated software or any tool that provides an unfair advantage

• Player collusion in table games or Sports Betting
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs in the 123jav system
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour towards support staff or other players
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Initiating a chargeback or unauthorised transaction reversal through your bank or payment provider

123jav reserves the right to restrict access, suspend, or close the account of any user who engages in or is suspected of engaging in the above activities, and to withhold related funds while an investigation is conducted.

Closure by Member: You may close your 123jav account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email. Before closure, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed and there are no active bonus conditions on your account.

Closure by 123jav: We reserve the right to close or suspend any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms in this document
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity
• Requests from relevant authorities
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months (dormant account)
• Self-exclusion request by the member

In the event of closure due to a breach of terms, 123jav reserves the right to withhold any account balance suspected to have been obtained through fraudulent activity pending the outcome of an investigation. Legitimate balances will be returned within 30 business days upon conclusion of the investigation.
